Shipping policy

Shipping

All orders ship from the Umbra warehouse in The Netherlands.

Shipping costs

  • Free standard shipping on orders of €85 or more.
  • Orders under €85: flat rate of €8.
  • The same rates apply to every country we deliver to.
  • Oversize surcharge: some large or heavy items carry an extra €10 or €15. These items are marked on their product page above the Add to Cart button, and the surcharge is shown at checkout before you pay.

All prices on our site include VAT. The total you pay, with shipping, is always shown at checkout before you place your order.

Delivery times

  • Most orders placed before 8 p.m. CET ship the same day. Orders placed later ship the next business day (not on weekends or public holidays).
  • Delivery usually takes 1 to 5 business days after shipping. Rural or remote addresses can take a little longer.
  • We do not offer express delivery at the moment.
  • If we cannot deliver within 30 days of your order, we will tell you, and you can cancel for a full refund.

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Holy See (Vatican City), Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.

We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes or BFPO/APO/FPO addresses.

Customs and duties

There are no customs charges for deliveries within the European Union. For Liechtenstein, Norway and Vatican City, which are outside the EU customs area, local import duties or taxes may apply on delivery and are paid by the recipient.

When your parcel arrives

The goods are your responsibility from the moment you, or someone you choose, receive them. Until then, any loss or damage in transit is ours. If your parcel arrives damaged, please tell us as soon as you can at eu-info@umbra.com.
